St. Patrick’s Mint Shake

  • 4 cups premium vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • whipped cream for serving


  1. Place ice cream, milk, mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more food coloring if necessary.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into two mugs. Top with whipped cream if desired.
